Our Strategic Plan

  • Be a Christ-centered church by becoming inclusive of ministry and maintaining diversity to be a multi-racial congregation.
  • Be a Missional-oriented church by expanding the current Bread Ministry and establishing programs that meet the needs of our neighbors and local schools, and the large community.
  • Develop sustainability of the Bread Ministry team for the next 3-5 years.
  • Invite youth to do a service project and to serve the Bread Ministry.
  • Seek to be an inter-generational congregation by inviting children and youth into the worship services and encourage them to do a service project by sharing Christ’s love in the community and the world.
  • Find talents and gifts of the congregation and equip them to serve the Children’s Ministry, Sunday School, and other areas of mission and ministry.
  • Reach out to unchurched children and youth in the community through VBS and other ministry platforms (After-school programs).
  • Partner with the local schools.
  • Strengthen the Young Adult Ministry through V.I.P. & Tech Ministry.
  • Enhance the tech ministry by inviting young adults to develop the community project through online auctions and the social justice bible study.
  • Have each member to work with the church in its stewardship plan in addition to developing a sustainable mission and ministry for the next 5-to-10 years.
  • Become a prayerful congregation in mission and ministry by seeking the guidance of the Holy Spirit.
  • Plan to build an affordable housing complex as a “Breathing Space of Grace” for those who cannot afford housing costs in the area to reduce the homeless population. (3-5 years mission project.)
